30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• The item is defective
• The size is incorrect
• The item does not match the description

If your order meets any of these criteria, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you promptly.

Exchanges & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size without prior consultation
